What if you hire the wrong artist?

Usually, project payments are held by CGTrader until the project is complete. This means you can cancel the project and get your money back. The artist only gets the money when you tell CGTrader the project is completed. So just contact CGT and let them know what's going on. They will likely refund you the money.

If you haven't prepayed funds for project, you can thank the artist for the work he has done and then you can find another artist. In any case, you can contact support (CGTrader has great support) and let them investigate the case.
