I received support request from two users (seemingly created by the same person), claiming that they purchased my model, but can't download it and asking to send the model directly to them. I told them to contact cgtrader support with this question, but they persisted to ask to send the model, so i contacted support myself. Support told me that there was no purchase from those accounts and they asured me that measurments will be taken against them. Anyway, i just want to warn the sellers, that they never should send the models to customers - all the payments and model downloads are handled by cgtrader. Don't be fooled by phishers and scammers!
