Does any body know what VAT number is ? and it is necessary in order to get my payment ? I have applied every step on payment system except the VAT number and there's a red bar down below tells me "In order to get your next royalty payment, please update required information in CGTrader agreement "Here"

email them support@cgtrader.com but VAT is Value Added Tax if your self-employed you will have a VAT number. Depending on your location and your not self employed you can sign up as a person and not a business. You need to have a valid I.D. too!
