i have developed the obj in 3ds max ( gessuing the max 3ds native fil e format is not vital ... this not vital will carry out for other programs . is betteer to add obj file which will be crossplatform and the textures now will be able used other software and engines ....when selling textures and material fitness rubber m,at material

Actually, offering the native file formats will help to sell the model. One of the top-selling file formats here is, in fact, .max. While FBX and OBj are vital to cross-platform usefulness, many people prefer the native format so that they can export the model their own way, which may be different than the way you exported it. Also, offering the native file allows for things like access to subD surface changes or modifiers in certain pipelines. It's just more convenient to have access to the native file format to customize how the model fits in a pipeline.

Yes, PBR is a texture and material format. It stands for Physically Based Rendering. PBR textures are supported in most render engines but are most useful in real-time or PathTracing render engines. Most native file formats, such as .max, .ma, .blend will have materials that support PBR texture maps. Models that support PBR rendering will sell much better than those which do not, unless you are modeling for 3d printing.
