If you click the dropdown for Category when you are submitting your product, you'll see a listing for textures at the bottom of the list. That's probably a good start. There isn't much of a selection for subcategories, but if your textures don't fit any subcategory in the list, then miscellaneous might be best. Just use good keywords.
