upload problem

I was uploading a new model, when it came to processing period. It says processing but nothing happens. For some of the files I spend too much time and I tried to upload them two or more times to be uploaded. At processing period, it stops and nothing happens.

Do you still have this problem? Are there any models that are not uploading?

If so, were the file formats big, or was it just that process stopped and nothing happened?

Yes.The problem still there. My zip file about 20MB. It just that process stopped and nothing happened. The other models have the same problem. But i try to upload a samll zip file about 500KB,it works.
