Hi.

Is it bad, if my unsubdivided SubD mesh has non planar polygons? And witch non planarity degree is acceptable? Less than 5° 15° 30° 45° ?

Need to know more about what you are doing to determine if there would be problems in your given situation that we currently have no clue about.
