Hello, Is there a way to block/report communication from certain people? I'm receiving spam messages from one person.

i will not encourage any one to buy models from the so called cgtrader. i bought a model from them which was completely junk and rubbish infact it was a shit and Mantas Bliu was a naughty guy claiming there is no defect in the model when really there was and refused to refund my money for junk model they claim to sell

If understood correctly, you are lacking 3D modeling software. Please use 3DS Max + Vray to open acquired 3D model.
