Showing breasts in stone sculpture considered adult content?

I have created a stone sculpture that shows partially naked woman's body in limestone (no skin color, pubic hair or such).
Is this considered nudity? As artist I feel its very shame if I need to censor limestone nipples of a beautiful sculpture I worked damn hard with, and limit visibility of something what has been thousands of years exposed under the sky..

I think they just don't accept any explicit nudity and I think it's big mistake. I just uploaded a female vulva that is anatomically correct. I checked the adult content box. It was on pending for one day then they just delete it. No explanation at all.

Then I should find an other store I guess. Or sell directly from my shopify website. On the other hand they accept models like a Circumcision clamps. Basically a mutilation tool. It makes no sense to me lol

Those are tagged properly "adult content" and won't be visible without login and consent from the viewer, just like my female sculptures are. It's quite devastating blow to the possibility of sales though, but well, I nudes don't sell well in general either.

I tried to upload a anatomically correct vulva made with all respect I have for women. Wich is not porn. Like does a picture of a pussy or a penis is porn!? EEE no! I think this store is just bunch of stupid people...
I studied arts and we used to see naked people all the time for studies at University. There is a huge lack of maturity here I guess

doing a random search on cgtrader for nude gets a lot of hits including this one ... https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/woman/female-advanced ... I fully read the member agreement, and it does seem to be against their policy, so how is it that some of this content is not removed and apparently a lot are removed?
