Why don't you set up your own shortcut keys in prefs mate?
In Blender, are there shortcut keys to toggle between Sculpt Mode, Edit Mode, and Object Mode? I know Ctrl+Tab lets you toggle between two different modes, but is there a way to toggle between three?

Which version of Blender? CTRL+TAB, in 2.8x, should bring up a pie menu with more than just two modes. I think it has every mode that is in the default workspace tabs at the top of the screen. Sculpt Mode, Modeling, Layout, UV, Shading, and render modes are available through the tabs at the top of the screen as well. This provides very fast access to all the different workspaces just as efficiently as a hotkey would. Of course, this only applies to 2.8x versions.
