Seller who sold ripped model from game

So i found out a certain seller who did it, is that allowed?, if that's illegal, can i have a favor for senior member here to report him for me?, i don't want to mention him him here because i afraid that he will take a revenge to me.
I've already sent email to the Customer Support to report him, it's been 2 days, but still no response

What authenticity can you give us that model you are selling are by you from scratch? And How can you tell the model that dude is selling is ripped from a game and not made by himself. Don't try to be torch bearer here we all are having our fair share of problems. Concentrate on your products and let that guy live.
so you are telling me that we should let a thief who sold stolen model here to freely make money?, HE DIDN'T EVEN MODEL ANYTHING, he just downloaded the ripped models and sold them all here with no effort whatsoever.
I did modeled my own from scratch, i even post my daily WIP on my facebook, thats why i only have few models to be sold for the past 2 years, so you don't need to tell me to concentrate on mine because i already did that, that's why there's a remake model of mine because i want to keep improving.
And i can tell that dude selling ripped model because someone on facebook shared a sites to download that ripped models and i compared that models to the certain seller on this site and it was 100% the exact same model, even his customer review said that it was ripped model from game.
I already contact the Customer Supports & sent them all the proof, they approved that it was stolen model after all
