Scammed on sale!

Too late. Just bought something. Do they now have my credit card info? Filled out my purchase, and before I knew it, the deal was done and closed - without anywhere to provide a delivery address, without delivery charges, without tax. How the hell do I even delete this account now?

Sorry for what happened to you, but there is something of a misunderstanding, this is the market for selling 3D models and not goods in kind, but if you did not download the files for the model then it is possible to talk to customer service and request a refund of your payments and they will respond to you within a short period of your request. good luck,

The models have been taken off the site, great im still out of pocket.

It's true that during holidays the response of the staff of CGT may be longer but I am sure you will find a satisfactory answer in a few weeks be patient. If model is not as advertised, you can contact seller and ask to fix issues ASAP. If he's unwilling/unable to do that or you can't afford to wait for fixes, you are free to ask for refund. Do not let one bad experience to ruin your impressions about this marketplace.

I fully agree with the previous commentator. You can not complain about the entire site if you are confronted with one unscrupulous seller. Better in tech support, I think they will prompt something and allow

It's not because you've had an unfortunate experience with a seller, that all sellers here are scammers.
Eduardas of CGT is very vigilant of this kind of issue and must check what you say, before deciding an action.
In any case this kind of problem is not settled on the forums, there are serious sellers here who can unfairly suffer from this kind of behavior.
