Yes...you can remove a person or persons from power...they are called elections. Other ways are revolution. For example... French Revolution 1789. October Revolution 1917 etc. One of the requirements for a successful revolution are to have many more people revolting rather than supporting the current regime.
Gotta say I understand your point of view, but history knew just a few amount of bloodless revolutions, most of them are more terrifying than whats happening now, cause they can grow up to the civilian war. I must say more - Putin has a huge amount suppory of majority population, so revolution will not be happen now or in near future ( Believe me, I live here). Most people blame Europe and USA for sanctions, not current government, I shall say, that sanctions are making us more unite against USA and Europe.
