In your opinion, high price - is how much? Much depends on models content and quality but still custom or editorial licenses are in any case less popular and getting a high level of sales may be more difficult.

I mean high around 20-30$.giving commercial selling rights....and low about 3-8$ for personal use . I wonder which market is big...personal use customer who prints for hobby, home use or a commercial business owner who sells prints in the market?

20-30$ is not a high price if we are talking about a highly detailed miniature well prepared for 3d printing. Commercial business owners must create a project that is paid upon completion in an absolutely different amount. If it's planned to sell the finished product, an agreement on the transfer of copyright is signed with the artist. As part of sales through a 3D marketplace, both license options prohibit the commercial use of ready printed models.

As jaguar noted, there's no such thing as "royalty free license with 3d prints selling rights". Selling physical copies made from purchased models are prohibited by cgtrader's standard royalty free license. If you want to grant such rights to your customers, you must sell your models under custom license.
