Why the reviews given to models are removed and only to projects are kept.

Because most reviews dated 2024-05-20 and later are actually fake reviews, given not by customers, but by cgtrader algorithms. CGT might take them away, or give 100 more fake reviews at any moment without explanation, however their mindless AI will see more fitting.

The reviews are back, this happened yesterday, they fixed it now.

Nothing is back. I got a notification my model was rated, but there is no rating displayed anywhere on my profile and even an old 5 star review disappeared. What is going on?
