Purchased 2 Models Twice, Did Not Receive Either

I've made 2 purchases for the models (https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/child/character-5a79861f-1a0b-4333-815a-a54511e18408) and (https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/miniatures/figurines/baby-fetus-growth). Not one. Two. I made the first purchase through paypal, and paypal had send me a confirmation email and charged me the full $8. However, when returning to the shop it stayed on verifying order for upwards of an hour. I refreshed the page and was simply taken back to the home screen, and both models show as still in my cart ready to be purchased, even though I was already charged for the purchase. They are also unavailable for download and don't show up in my purchases. I waited a couple hours, and after no change I made a second purchase for both models (need them in a time urgent manner). The exact same thing happened. So now I'm out $16 for an $8 purchase, without receiving either item I purchased. What the hell?
