Payment Agreement Pending For Review

i just finshed making my cgtrader account two days ago. not only that. i also finshed my payment agreement. but it showed "pending for review" for two days. so i am worried if i messed it up. what should i do ?

The agreement is considered within about 2 weeks. So don't worry
