New sale "up to 50% off" .. but I see most sellers just at 30% ...

Although the new sale says up to 50% off most sellers set 30% as far as I can see...

Most sellers do not agree with these discounts and another part is not even aware that in order to offer 50% have to activate an option for it. That's why there are so few models with 50% discount.
