Don't get your hopes too high, usually the support refers to system update when they have no clue what's going on and how to fix the issue. There's tons of bugs and issues in cgtrader lately and all we can hear from support is "we're working on it", yet nothing is fixed for weeks and months.
I start to see a lot of things getting fixed and then broken again. Latest downloads is broken again, and sometimes the comment count is wrong, showing 0 and displaying 0. Refresh and it's 4 again, refresh and it's 0 again.
