Why can't I get Low-poly label?

Hello, I've just wanted to ask why aren't my low-poly models labeled as low-poly in the search engine. My last labeled model is almost a year old, unfortunately I've noticed it just know. I want to know if there is something wrong with them or is it just some mistake made by staff? Not single low-poly model I've uploaded in past year was approved.

Hi there,
Our 3D team have their hands full on a few projects which is why the approval process is a bit slowed down, so sorry about that. It will get back to full speed in the near future as we're not planning to abandon it yet.
Nothing wrong with the model by the way. :)

Hello, thanks for the reply. I understand you have lot of work but year is a long time. I know its also my mistake that I haven't noticed this earlier but still. I hope everything will get back to normal.
