Hello, i've already ended a job that i've started a few days ago, and the customer it's happy with the 3D model (i send him the final model), but i still have not received the payment, not even on the "Selling > Sales > Latest Sales" area. Also, on the workplace, i can see that the job status it's "Running", but with -6 days to finish. What it could be? How i can resolve that?

The job was marked as finished and you should notice your incomes in your dashboards' "Sales" section :)
We recommend informing the clients to mark the job as finished after all work is done.
