Is it legal to use brand or products made by those companies?

Discussion started by virta

I'm about to share/sell a monitor model, which has a "Samsung" brand text on the monitor case, and win 10 desktop in the screen. I haven't found relevant info on this website. Is it legal?

I'm not so sure about that. But if you distribute it under editorial licence, you should be relatively safe.

It is legal, you will also will be see keywords suggested by CGT with other companies competing LG, SONY...etc
Or another example...for a bottle with coca-cola keywords suggested will be Fanta, Pepsi...etc ( try, it's free !!!)
or....a real example here (LINK) with Samsung Monitor like you:
https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/electronics/computer/samsung-monitor-t27a950-full-hd
Do not forget....CGTrader is not TurboSquid , CGTrader is the best site with 3d products ! ;)
