Is AI generated 3d assets a real threat or maybe an opportunity?

I think the biggest issue is driving buyers away from the platform if one needs to scroll for 20 mins through ai generated stuff before finding a proper asset you wanna buy.
Buyers can generate their own products instead of buying them
in the more distant future- yes, but let's say in the next couple of years you need something with good topology that's gonna be animated, and overall better than any AI asset atm, but you can't even see what the options are on the platform, as everything is just full of stuff you don't want.
Overall better from the point of view of industry professionals rather than ordinary consumers. Polygonal modeling will go into oblivion very soon and beautiful, accurate meshes will become an object of small cult or some fetish, just like antique things among collectors.
