Hyperwallet keeps cancelling payments, it used to work before!

Why does my transaction keep getting cancelled? it's happened a lot of times and I have lost a lot of money in the name of transaction fees from hyperwallet while sending money from hyperwallet to my bank account. This conduct is unfortunate and I am forced to not use this platform at all!
