Apparently, a very frustrated "person too." Sorry about your bad day.
I'm kind of with LemonadeCG on this kind of problem. It is important to be pretty consistant in your patience with customers. To me, it seems that you jumped pretty quickly to calling this person a "moron" - when it appears that this person just doesn't know what is a *.rar" file. Since a *.rar file is not as common as a *.zip file, there are people who don't know what these are, or how to open them. We have to expect these kinds of things.
And whoever this person is, he or she certainly can read this thread and see that you have called that her or him a "moron". Not only a definite lack of respect that is maybe two or three notches worse that the lack of respect you have infered for yourself, but now anyone reading this thread will see that you are inclined to think of customers as morons.
Unfortunately, it is common for inexperienced customers to fail to seek help, and to fail to reply to messages that you might send them. We can see that you are quick to reply to customers that have purchased your products - which is great. But, many customers are wary of messages from 3d model vendors, thinking that they wish to sell them additional stuff, or they've had bad experiences being spammed by vendors, or their e-mail services just filter out solicitations from sites like CGTrader. So, they fail to return or to come back. I think most of us have had this experience of a customer failing to seek help or failing to return. And a bunch of us certainly have had an experience similar to yours.
So, you are a great model-builder. Your stuff looks very good. It would help to mate those skills up with a deeper well of patience for customers who should be considered to be new at this game. Sometimes, we each just have to heave a big sigh and suck it up.
