Horrendously long QA times on Wildcat

Discussion started by tumik

Am I the only one whose submissions seem to have been totally forgotten by the client QA? Look at this(picture related): the second one has been in customer QA for more than 22 days after it was approved by the regular QA on 17th of May, and I'm not even a talking about the prior 2 weeks of QA and adjustments. So, more than a moth total and still going. I'm just interested whether or not the client QA is even obliged to follow any timeframes, because the artist is(talking about the 2 day deadlines for submissions). CGTrader staff just gave me a standart reply saying it will be reviewed "soon". But I'm really starting to doubt my ability to ever get a cent from Wildcat.

Even worse than the QA delays, the fact that I can't do more work while waiting is counter intuitive, the capacity limit is waiting for those tasks to count as "finished" to allow me to take more tasks.
