High to Low poly bake artifacts.

I want to start using the high poly to low poly bake workflow in Substance Painter. However, when I bake, I always get these very bad looking artifacts around the entire model. I model in Blender.

What are the best practices to avoid these problems?

I'm not sure but it may be the topology, uv mapping, etc.
