Lately we have a serious problem with cgtrader. Fraud purchases. Every month there is at least one stolen model by fraud purchase. I suggest cgtrader to disable credit card purchase option until this issue solved completely. If you are thinking the same way please support me. Modelling takes too much time and no one has the right to steal this time from the artists.
This thing is inevitable, not CGT is culpable. I had this problem on TurboSquid with fake Visa cards 100 times and even I were diamond they were never compensated me. TurboSquid has protection program (money refunded for 3 products for diamonds ) but they never respected this.
I have been in the business for many years selling on a laundry lists of sites. I have had only one site where I never had any charge backs for this issue and that site is not longer in the business. Turbosquid always charged me for the cost. I had one this month already. It is unfortunate there are those out there doing this but they are often the ones that resell the models elsewhere. Be alert my friends.

We at CGTrader recognize this is a big issue and are working very hard on it to stop it. We've taken quite a few decisions on how to stop the fraudulent purchases - in example, we've started to use the kount (http://www.kount.com/) service which should help us stop or at least minimize these fraud credit card purchases.
