You can't fix it, cgtrader's verification system is fundamentally broken. Your model might be perfect, but the system will assign random score to it and you can't do anything about it. Try to bombard cgtrader support with reports about wrong score. The more people will complain, the more chances that they eventually try to fix it. Although realistically i wouldn't hold my breath on that happening anytime soon - cgtrader is known for throwing new, untested and not working features and leaving them rot, never bothering to fix the stuff.
