I've just purchased a model that i need to comp into a shot NOW, like, immediately, and I can't download it. The download window is blank. When i checked all my previous purchases, it's the same for them too. They'll all blank.
I need this model for a shot i'm comping in Nuke, and I can't stress how urgent this is.

dunno, but it's really screwing me over. big time
Ah, just worked it out. The computers here are connected to the internet via a VPN. I tried it through my laptop and it downloaded. Obviously, VPN was messing with something.
