Deleting old models not possible anymore

Hello guys,
I have a quick question - Why I can't delete models anymore? It was very easy before for the designers to remove old models from their profiles . Unfortunately it seams that it is no longer an option. I am not aloud to delete files of already published model. Thank you in advance!
