Five days should be more than enough to get at least some response from the client. At this point you can contact the support and ask them to resolve the issue.
Hello, everyone recently I worked for an 3d print modeling project the client hired me immediately after checking sample file and quality work. And then I completed the whole model and sent the files. But after that he was completely offline for five days, and yesterday he came online but didn't respond.
Please let me know what I can do now?

Has this been resolved? I think payment should automatically go to you after a few days of no response from the client.
I was in a similar situation a few years back. I only got paid after almost a year of no response from the client.
This is really a problem on this site, it happens quite often... I hope they introduced some sort of auto-accept feature that Fiverr has for example (3 days), it's fair for the freelancer because why would we need to wait to get paid if the client doesn't remember that he has ordered work (which is weird to me).
CGTrader should improve the freelancing system and at least make it easy to get notified if the client makes a delivery. Now the delivery is just chat where you can attach files (which is weird also to me). There should be a delivery feature.
We artist need to eat and pay the rent, we can just wait every time unnecessary time.
Do you guys agree with me?
