how can I change my preview model after publishing?

It is actually very simple... You can drag and reposition preview images while you're in edit mode. If you want some image to be thumbnail image, just drag it to the first place in gallery.
Also, when you're uploading model, image named "Preview1" will automatically become thumb image for the model.
