Congratulations on reaching the next stage of development, CGTrader!
Hello everyone,
I'm very happy to announce that we have renewed our conversations and implemented a new inbox version! You can all reach the new inbox by clicking on the messages icon in top menu. This new version solves a few issues and lets everyone handle their messages in a more convenient way. Few implementations that are added with the new inbox:
You can now attach files to your messages - this should help deal with customers who may ask for product support, additional file formats, preview images etc. You will be able to see the list of all attachments in a specific conversation as well.
We have sorted the conversation types into personal messages, 3D job conversations, Price offers, product support enquiries and CGTrader support messages. This should let everyone easily navigate through different types of messages. You can also filter recent contacts, sort through specific designers or users, find unanswered or unread conversations and put the old one into archive.
In the rare cases (that nobody likes) someone is trying to spam or put some kind of abuse for you or your work, you can report the conversation that will be looked through by CGTrader admins after reports.
All in all, feel free to go through the new inbox, walk through and try the features (once they are convenient to try!) and let us know if you found something you'd like fixed, upgraded or included. Hope you will be as excited as I am!
Cheers,
Eddie, CGTrader

Looks awesome ;-)
Question and maybe site suggestion.
Just had a conversation with someone (via new mail/communication system) he was asking for some technical questions related to a product. I've replied with some explanations and also added a few links to tutorials to give him some additional context.
Then added some links to my other products that would be better fit for him in this context but non of the links seem to be working.
Maybe that’s not jet initiated or is linking disabled for security reasons?
Either way this would be convenient as now that person would need to copy and paste those links in his browser to get to the information.
Sounds like a great improvement to functionality. Thanks for putting in the effort to keep this great site continuously evolving!
