Hello Greta! Do you have uploads limits per month?

I uploaded 15 models in 3 days and circle on main page was full, may be this problem? I have about 250 models on turbosquid and I want to start selling on CGTrader.

Hi there. There are no limits. The circle you are talking about might represent your level progress. More information about levels and reputation can be found on https://www.cgtrader.com/levels. Welcome aboard and best of luck!

Hi Greta, tried several times now, with the old "draft" upload and new fresh upload - it's the same. Also the site since this problem started couple days ago feels very slow to load and react to actions. I have very good connection.

It's interesting, why is this affecting just a bunch of people? What is the cause of this problem? *Desire to know more intensifies*

It is possible that you can publish my model ( it is in Draft) for just right now until IT team fix this problem 100%

Hello again,

All your concerns are made known to our IT team; however, we have not yet received an update on the fix and it is reasonable to assume that they have a larger issue at hands. We are sorry about this unfortunate loss of functionality. Our colleagues are working very hard in order to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. Hopefully everything will be up and running by Monday evening. Once again, thank you for your patience, and see you soon.

Kindly,
Greta from CGTrader

Similar issue here, fill out all the required info for the model, and it brings up a prompt window saying " please enter number " as if I forgot to enter a price or other number such as polygons. I check it multiple times, no numbers are missing, but it basically keeps saying that and not allowing me to publish. If I go to view as draft, it shows up as normal, with no preview photos, then going back to edit removes the numbers I added for polys and verts entirely... Very strange issue.

Hi all,

Our technical team has investigated this issue and it seems that only drafts created between 13th and 17th of August were affected. If you have tried to publish the draft at this period of time, please delete the draft that you wanted to upload and re-upload/publish as the new model. It should work this way, as the bug seems to only affect the draft publishing, but not new model publishing.

We hope this workaround will help you to publish your models on platform for now, sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you out.

Kindly,
Greta from CGTrader

sadly, can only confirm the above, fresh upload goes into draft, this fresh draft re-publishing still leaves it as draft.

Try to clean cache of the browser, shift+F5 to clean refresh the cgtrader page after you have deleted the old/today's draft. Try to upload a completely different model than what was in draft.

You can start modelling at any age, but you must be 18 or older to sell the models on marketplaces.
