Can I recieve the product as a png?

I am mainly interested in recieving a png file (more so as a GFX) would that be possible instead of a .obj file if I hire someone?

You can download images, but you are not allowed to use them in commercial and probably in personal works too. If one wants to use the images for whatever purpose, one has to aquire permission from the author first.

You have to take permission from the author.
