If the customer ever has file downloading problems, simply direct him/her to CGTrader Support (support@cgtrader.com) and we will figure out the issue as soon as possible.

I have a buyer who has been messaging me throughout the week with questions about 8 packs of models they were interested in buying. I let them download a pack for free so they could test out the file types to see if they were suitable for their projects.
They have purchased two packs today for a total of $4, but are now saying I have to send the files to them via dropbox because they can't download them, I have repeatedly asked them what the problem downloading them is and they won't say, I have told them once I know what the problem is I can try to help them, and if not me, then someone from CG Trader support probably can, but they just keep repeating the request to send them the files via dropbox or zip them and send to their email address.
