I have some modell with more than one texture set(clean/dirty), but as far as I now fbx can't store textures, so I just
put the texture set in two different zip, and left the fbx untuched.
So I have a model that have several different versions (that is different color schemes that can be applied) for example a red version, yellow version, etc. Thus, I have several different textures for each of these. How best do I prepare this model for exporting and selling? I am working in blender so in blender if I want a different color I can just apply the new texture. Should I just apply all the textures as export it and let the user/buyer deal with applying them? Or should I export a new FBX for each version (for example model-red.fbx, model-yellow.fbx)? Or is there another way that is better?
I am new to the 3D modeling scene so I appreciate the help!

I would just include the color variations in a zip file as an optional download, and make it clear that they are available as well. You can show the color variations in preview renders and make it very clear in the description that these additional color map variations are included as an optional download with your purchase.
Please check this model I have done same thing for this check discription you will get it.
