begginer question 3ds max to zbrush nomal map issue

i have unwrapped 3ds model in 2017 . ive unwrappes simple box low poly verion inported the model in zbrush ...ivce sudivided tre mopdel 5 times... then slected my low polyversion and gererated anormal map .....when i import my map back in to 3ds max the map doesnt seem to fitting the model at low or high poly......
