I hope this message finds you well. I recently joined CGTrader as a wildcard freelancer, and I've been encountering some difficulties uploading assets on the site.
I've spent the past 24 hours trying to upload files, but I'm running into issues. Typically, when a file has errors, the system points them out at the end of the loading process. However, in my case, some files reach 100% and then encounter problems.
One problem I've faced is that after reaching 100%, the page refreshes and starts the process all over again, which has cost me 5-6 hours of waiting time. Another issue is when the loading reaches 100%, it just stays there without progressing any further.
These challenges are causing significant delays, and I'm well past my deadlines as a result. I've noticed that the system usually highlights errors related to the model/assets, but what should I do when the file reaches 100% and doesn't move forward?
I'm reaching out for assistance because I really need to resolve this issue promptly. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has insights on how to overcome this problem, your help would be greatly appreciated.
