I figured out why this is happening. Did you change your android device recently to a new one? If yes try to seek for old phone and get there your messages of two factor authenthication.
Artstation Login 2FA Problem

So i've decided to download Artstation mobile app to enable 2 Factor Authentication, i log out via web, but when i'm trying to relogin, it asked me to check the 2FA Request in mobile app, i've çhecked 2FA menu, but it say no request or something like that, Then i've reseted my password, but when i try to login in mobile app, the 2FA shows & it asked me to click yes, but there's no yes button whatsoever, WTH, now i cannot login to my account, both via web or mobile app

Hello, I have the same issue to this day, I've contacted support, and it's been 9 days without an answer. I have a different problem, I've logged in Artstaion via website, then it asked me to authenticate via app (which I have on my phone), and once I opened the phone, my app asks to log in and now the app asks to authenticate :D which got me stuck in an infinite loop.
yes, just wait for CS response & yes the response was kind of slow, might need to wait for like 3-4 days

It sounds like you're encountering a problem with Artstation's 2FA process. Verify that you have the latest version of the Artstation mobile app installed. Make sure that you're using the correct login credentials and that you're attempting to log in to the correct account.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but what artstation account have to do with cgtrader and its forum ? As far as i know artstation have their support which can be contacted via support@artstation.com.
i asked if perhaps anybody in here have the same problem, already contact the customer support but still no response
