It could be that other active members (the ones who read and respond the forum) simply gave up on publishing models and your described issue is not relevant to them. That is certainly true for me.
3D Model formats

File formats were automatically recognized when uploading the model. However, now they aren't you have to select a file format under "Other." After making the selections and uploading the model, you see a file format listed as "Other" under "3D Model Formats." I reported this to the CGT support team and received a response saying it would be fixed. However, it hasn't been fixed yet. Have you encountered this issue and what are your thoughts?
