It depends on models, Chair or other furniture with 30k polys is highpoly.
Complex city model or heavy vehicle model with interior (train, airplane etc.) is low-poly.
i have a model. i dont know if i should tick lowpoly or not

So this is high poly, low-poly model doesn't have so dense mesh.
But it is really nice model. ))
Hi, all my models only for 50%
Hi, all my models only for 50%
This should be low
low
The number of faces is not high
for what the model is, I would consider it high poly. Looking purely on number of faces is not enough to determine if a mesh is high or low poly, e.g. a perfect cube only needs 6 faces, if you are looking for a low poly perfect cube you wouldn't look for one that's got say 96 faces.
I wouldn't take xukai and vagrancy seriously, I believe they are the same person, similar models and they always reply in the same thread with a lot of nothings.
