I'm not familiar with Sketchup models, but you seem to have some really interesting and well done architectural stuff there. Good work. Personally, I love your pricing structure. I always believe in charging what you feel the work is worth, and I think you're doing that. I wish more people would do the same. The only suggestion is that I would love to see some realistic renders of your work because I think that really helps to sell the product more than anything. Especially when pricing is up there in the elite levels. Welcome back. I wish you success!
