I'll give you my opinion but it would be good for any showreel, not only for FVX.
- The music would take it away, it just distracts and probably the one that has to check hundreds of showreels will lower the volume.
- Put your name and contact information visible, briefly at the beginning, for more time at the end, and even all the content discreetly at the bottom of the screen.
- It would also put at the end a summary of each project you show, with an image to identify it well, indicating: the second of the video in which it is shown, what part you have made (modeling, rig, animation ...), in what date and with what software.
- It would only show the best projects and put everything related to each project together. I would remove the part of the water falling from the source, which seems to be a tutorial and the end that does not appreciate well what it is. The best thing I would put it at the beginning because if you do not like it, you may not keep looking, and in the end to leave a good taste in your mouth.
- The duration I think is good but it is preferable that it is shorter but of quality, than stuffing bad quality filling to make it longer.
