That looks pretty cool! So far I have been using my Dremel and iron mostly which work pretty well but I can see how this tool could make the process even easier.

A lot of the time plastic will get stuck to the iron if the temperature is to hot and the Dremel can occasionally leave dark or black marks when you are not careful.

I usually used the tip of a glue gun but that too can leave dark marks on the plastic. I backed the project as I am curious about the final product.

If this tool can be used to sculpt the plastic and fix the actual mistakes without leaving black marks that would be awesome.

Basically if you are a good sculptor you should even be able to make improvements directly on the printed model.

Maybe even add specific details that can't be added by the printer itself.
