What should we do to prepare a model for 3D printing?

Hello,

It should be a solid mesh with a thickness of walls and elements on the outside of at least 1mm. This thickness will guarantee correct printing on the cheapest 3D printers.
If it is assumed that the model will be 80-100mm and higher in height, it makes sense to make it hollow inside. All this can be done with the Meshmixer.

No, there is no plugin for ZBrush. Meshmixer is standalone free app. You can download it from https://www.meshmixer.com
