One of my model for sale is not showing properly for months now

Greetings everyone,

I have published a model here on CGTrader long ago and I uploaded several pictures of it to get the idea how it looks, but unfortunately when I open the model page on any device or browser the pictures don't show at all. Well not surprising how I only made one sale from it, but I would really like to know the reason.

Interestingly when I search for my model on the web there I can see it's thumbnail but inside CGTrader itself the uploaded pictures are not visible at all.

Can you guide me how to fix this please?

Are your pictures in PNG or JPG format?

I'm using .PNGs and they show in the editing tab

I would assume your .PNGs are under 5.5GB in size. This is odd. Have you tried reloading all of the pictures? Perhaps convert them to jpg? I'd definitely report this to support@cgtrader.com. Customers can't buy what they can't see.

Yes this is what I'm going to do. Cannot understand why the .pngs didn't load though as my previous models used the same format. Thanks for the help!
