Sorry to say that, but asking $150 for a low-quality, non-rigged and very simply textured model is kinda crazy. To be honest, I can't imagine anyone using such model in a game these days, maybe 15-18 years ago but now it's far from today's standards. Go look at some other game models and you'll see a big difference in quality and of course the price. This model looks like a beginner's quick practice done in 2 hours so asking $150 is ridiculous.
Don't take it bad, I'd like to motivate you to push your skills further before you try to sell this stuff because looking at your other models I see all of them are totally overpriced and you won't probably get any sales with this level of quality and content.

Thanks for the feedback, I just learnt sculpting and this was my first attempt. All my next projects will be more realistic. By the way, please check the game ready images at the end in each of these products, I think they are realistic and use very less polygons. Buy yeah, I am working on it and my other models will be much more realistic. And come on. Not all my products are unrealistic and overpriced. Of course many are , but many are not .... Next I will put hair and do more realistic texturing and that will make the models look much more realisic.. So, should I decrease the price of this product to say $50 ?? Ok Done. And I am saying all this because someone in the forums once told me that my models and texturing is very realistic and so I should increase the prices and you are saying quite the opposite..

Your prices are too high on most of the models I saw. For example the sofa model which u sell for $167. It's just one model copied in a few variations but still only ONE model and anyone can make the variations in few minutes so it's really not worth the money. Especially when for example Evermotion sells much better models for about $10 or $20. When you set the price you should expect as many sales as possible. Nobody will buy it for this price but if you set it to about 1/10, you should get some sales eventually. And it's better to get 20 times $5 than 0 times $150.
About the game ready models, the polycount is not everything. The models should have correct topology and QUAD polygons (not triangles) so people can rig them. From what I can see, it would be very hard to rig your models so that's another problem that potential buyers will see. You should check similar models that other people make. See what they offer and ask yourself if you do it in better quality. If not, then you can't set the price higher than that because people will always buy the better one even if it's more expensive.
So focus on improving your skills and don't try to sell your first experiments. People don't want to buy beginner's work, they want professional product that they can use.

OK now I get you. I will decrease the prices then , also , now I will first model using quads, and use sculpt modifier, instead of dynotopo sculpting which resulted in the more no of tris, or if dynotopo then convert all the tris to quads .. .. Thanks for the advice..

It's really overpriced. No way I use it in a game, but good job, anyway.

You're selling the same model, in 5 different products, only changing the texture. You could sell everything in one product for a fair price, like your couches models. Yeah, actually I noticed you set a lower price. Now is acceptable, but I still wouldn't buy it anyway.
