The Colour variants is not the reason for the price, i worked hard three days straight, just for the mesh, and because i also created an version with interior, and still keeping it very low poly.. and 2 days on the Unwrapping UV & texturing... Two cents?.... you are a fool, sorry..
three day straight on just modelling the mesh, wow that is long time. to be honest the mesh does not look that complex that you would need three days for it. This model took me two days http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-model-beekman-tower/741612
Perhaps you need to see if your modelling workflow is not to time consuming.
And yes probably i am a fool in many things, but perhaps not in all things.
